The effect of the synergistic mixture of oyster mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus and beta-glucan added to the diet on the productive performance of broilers under heat stress

Current study showed the effect of adding synergistic mixture oyster mushrooms and beta-glucans on productive performance broilers under heat stress. 300 one-day-old chicks (Ross 308) were used randomly distributed to four-treatments. Control treatment was fed standard diet. While second, third fourth treatments starter ration with addition at level (0.5, 1, 1.5) g / kg. while 0.250, 0.5, 0.750) g/kg mushroom for same treatments, respectively added final diet .Results a significant (P<0.05) in body weight, rate weight gain, decrease amount feed consumed, improve conversion efficiency mortality rate, compared control treatment. conclude that 1.5 kg improved economic broiler chickens.
